Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lincoln City, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; 3,600-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the construction of the project. Primary items of work include: construction of 3,600 square feet of new sidewalk, 600 feet of standard curb/curb and gutter, 760 feet of 12-inch storm sewer with associated inlets, manholes, and water quality facilities, 200 tons of asphalt paving, new highway center turn lane and bike lane striping, reconstruction of an existing billboard, traffic signal repairs, and miscellaneous other items. Sealed bid proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope with identification including project name, bid date and time, "Bid Proposal, Bid Bond and Certificate of Residency" and bidder's name. Proposals must be submitted on forms prescribed by the City and accompanied by a Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to 10 percent of the total amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a bond equal to 100 percent of the amount bid for faithful performance. Bidders must conduct their own field review of the project area. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Project Engineer by 5 PM PST, 9 calendar days prior to the bid due date. Bidders must possess a current set of the 2024 Oregon Standard Specifications for Construction and the Oregon Standard Drawings. The Contractor must comply with all provisions required by ORS 279C.800 to ORS 279C.870 (Prevailing Wage Rate). The City may reject any bid that does not comply with public bidding procedures and requirements.
