**As of January 16, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on January 26, 2026.** The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the construction of the project. Primary items of work include constructing a concrete pad and retaining wall, installing a city-furnished generator, installing an automatic transfer switch, performing all electrical work, and miscellaneous other items. Bid proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the project name, bid date and time, 'Bid Proposal, Bid Bond and Certificate of Residency' and the bidder's name. Each bid must be submitted on prescribed forms and be accompanied by a proposal guaranty in the amount of ten percent of the total amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a bond equal to one hundred percent of the amount bid for faithful performance. Bidders are required to conduct a field review of the project area independently prior to preparing and submitting their bid proposal. Bidders must also possess a current set of Oregon Standard Specifications for Construction and Oregon Standard Drawings. The contractor must comply with all specified prevailing wage rate provisions and public bidding procedures and requirements.
