The Selection Process Will Review the Contractor's Proposal on Construction Elements of the Project, the Contractor's Experience With Similar Projects, and the Proposed Unit Prices. Pre-bid Meeting - There Will Not Be a Pre-bid Meeting or Site Visit Conducted by the City. Bidders Are Required to Conduct a Field Review of the Building on Their Own to Acquaint Themselves With Pertinent Conditions Prior to Preparing and Submitting Their Bid Proposal. The Project Engineer Will Determine Appropriate Responses, if Any, and if Necessary an Addendum Will Be Issued to All Plan Holders of Record at Least 5 Calendar Days Prior to the Bid Due Date.
