The Chelan County Surface and Stormwater Management Utility, in cooperation with the Public Works Department, solicits interest from consulting firms that wish to be evaluated and considered for providing a condition assessment of approximately 3,900 linear feet of 18-inch diameter corrugated metal pipe under Burch Mountain Road (milepost 0 to milepost 0.74) to determine and prioritize capital improvement needs. The countys Burch Mountain Road storm infrastructure is aging and numerous recent costly pipe failures related to corrosion have accelerated the need for this project to help assess and budget the countys financial liability. The result of this project will help the county identify problematic areas of the Burch Mountain Road storm drain system, verify capacity requirements, provide alternatives of replacement/repair, and create a prioritized capital improvement program for the main line (laterals and catch basins are not included in this effort). This is a Not a Federally-funded Project but Will Comply With Federal Eeo Requirements and With Ada and Civil Rights Regulations and Requirements Applicable to the County. Consultant Services Will Be Completed in Accordance With Federal and State Law. There is No (0%) Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (Dbe) Goal.
