Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project consists of repair and rehabilitation to the Okanogan 4 Million Gallon Reservoir in the City of Wenatchee. Work includes tasks related to reservoir construction (concrete), concrete repair, dams reservoirs, elevated and ground storage tanks, buried storage tanks, concrete resurfacing services, crack sealing repair and maintenance, culinary water improvements, and concrete formed flatwork foundation. Engineer's estimated range of probable cost is $1,500,000 - $1,700,000. Proposals received after the time fixed for opening will not be considered. The major items of work include: Various repairs and rehabilitation to the Okanogan 4 Million Gallon Reservoir. All work shall be completed in accordance with the contract plans, specifications, special provisions, and the 2026 WSDOT Standard Specifications. Time for completion of the work is limited to 40 working days *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
