The University of Mississippi is requesting sealed qualification documents from design firms for the SOC Roof Replacement project. The scope of work involves replacing the approximately 150,000-square-foot roof of the existing South Oxford Center (SOC) building. The selected firm will work with university representatives to create complete design and construction documents. The selected firm must have a proven record of expertise in designing roof systems for large buildings. The university intends to form a single contract with the chosen design firm.
