Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
This project consists of the replacement of the rooftop HVAC unit and controls at the Casper Recreation Center. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Performance Bond required (unspecified amount), Payment Bond required (unspecified amount). All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening the Bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding.
