Sealed bids are invited for the CEDAR STREET SIDEWALK & DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS Project. The project is located on the north side of Cedar Street, east of the intersection of Pine Street in Globe, Arizona. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the removal of approximately 129 linear feet of existing curb and gutter, 418 square yards of existing asphalt and 1,314 square feet of existing concrete sidewalk. The scope of work will also include replacement of the concrete sidewalk, asphalt and curb and gutter within along Cedar Street. All bids must be submitted using the Invitation for Bids forms included in the contract documents and shall include all applicable taxes. Bids must be sealed, plainly marked with the project designation, and delivered to the specified address; electronic bids are not accepted. Bidders are responsible for acquiring any necessary licenses or permits required by the State of Arizona for contract performance. The City of Globe reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept any bid, waive any bid informality, or withhold award if it serves the City's best interest.
