This project involves the supply of all labour, material, tools, and incidentals necessary to properly execute and complete removal and replacement of two domestic water heaters located at Glen Stor Dun Lodge, 1900 Montreal Rd Cornwall, ON. The hot water heater identified in this document under Information and General Specifications is presently in operation. Glen Stor Dun Lodge is requesting the same unit and/or an equivalent alternative that meets the specified requirements. A mandatory site visit has been organized during which pertinent questions regarding this tender will be addressed and bidders may inspect the site and associated equipment. Tenders shall not be accepted from bidders who do not attend the mandatory site meeting. Bids shall not be accepted from bidders who arrive late at this site meeting or leave prior to the closing of the meeting. No questions will be answered during the mandatory site visit, all questions will be sent to the specified purchasing email and answers will be posted in the form of an addendum.
