Description

Renovation of a library in Cornwall, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,700-square-foot library.

This project involves the supply of all labour, materials, tools and equipment for the installation of a new specified roof system and related components totaling approximately 5700 square feet (approx. 530 square meters) at the Cornwall Public Library as per the specifications herein. The selected supplier will be responsible for the removal of existing roof composition and replacing it with the new specified roof system, in accordance with the drawings and specifications provided by Tremco. A mandatory site visit has been organized during which pertinent questions regarding this tender will be addressed and bidders may inspect the site and associated equipment. Tenders will not be accepted from bidders who do not attend the mandatory site meeting, arrive late, or leave prior to the closing of the meeting. Submission instructions include submitting hard copy submissions only, in English unless otherwise specified, to 100 Water Street, Cornwall, ON. Bids will not be publicly opened.
