The culvert rehabilitation works at the Major Mackenzie Drive Culvert, located 0.65 km east of Yonge Street in the City of Richmond Hill. Instructions to bidders: Any bid received from bidders not listed in the prequalified contractors shall be rejected from further consideration. Any bids received from respondents who do not meet the OHSMS certification requirements, as stated in RFT Particulars (Appendix A), shall be rejected from further consideration. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of not less than 10% of the Subtotal Contract Amount in the form of a digital Bid Bond. Pre-qualification requirements for the project: Bidders must be prequalified under Request for Prequalification No. RFPQ-2841-25.
