Fire Protection Repairs Project at Santa Ana College, Digital Media Center, Centennial Education Center and Criminal Justice Academies. A. The Fire Protection Repairs Project consists of repairs, replacements, and installations to fire rated assemblies, fire dampers, hydrants, fire alarm devices, fire sprinklers and standpipes within the project sites that include four campus locations in compliance with the Contract Documents and Code Requirements. The four campus locations are: Santa Ana College (SAC), Digital Media Center (DMC), Centennial Education Center (CEC), and Criminal Justice Academies (CJA). B. Each campus location contains multiple buildings, areas, and/or locations as shown on the drawings (See Attachments A1-A6). Each Attachment describes the scope of work in the area, as well as any relevant drawings. C. Provide labor, personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and services necessary to perform fire system repairs at the four (4) District sites specified (See Attachment C for campus maps of SAC and SCC). D. The furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals necessary for Work of Fire Protection Repairs Project at: 1.
