Site work for a mixed-use development in Marine City, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center; playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

This project involves site and building improvements to the Guy Community Center, including a 30'x70' pavilion, splash pad, prefabricated restroom building, outdoor fire pit, concrete sidewalks, storm sewers, water, sanitary, gas, and electrical services, parking lot lighting, festoon lighting, HMA parking lots, ornamental and vinyl fencing, new building vestibule and additional east entry door, landscaping, and surface restoration. The pavilion structure, prefabricated restroom building, and splash pad will be installed by others, with the site contractor responsible for completing the remaining items. The site contractor must coordinate with the manufacturers of the pavilion, restroom building, and splash pad. Specifically, the site contractor is to: - Install electrical services to and within the pavilion and pour the concrete floor as part of overall site concrete. - Install utilities and sidewalk up to and around the splash pad as indicated on the plans. - Prepare the foundation and install utility services, including utility hookups, for the restroom building once it is placed. - Install all site furnishings/furniture provided by Marine City. Question Deadline 06/03/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Instructions to bidders include obtaining bidding documents from the specified Issuing Office, which will be emailed in PDF format at no charge. The City of Marine City reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, waive informalities, and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Marine City. Prevailing wages are not required for this project.
