The Project Will Include Excavation and Embankment Compaction, Crushed Surfacing BASE and Top Course, Hma Cl. 1/2-inch Paving, Traffic Signal System, Removal of Asphalt Pavement, Concrete Sidewalk, and Concrete Curb and Gutter, Construction of Concrete Sidewalks and Concrete Curb Ramps, Illumination System, Storm Drainage Improvements, Landscape Restoration, Pavement Markings, Permanent Signing, Including Removal and Resetting of Permanent Signs, and All Other Work Necessary to Complete the Project in Accordance With the Contract Plans, Contract Special Provisions, Technical Specifications, and Standard Specifications, With Groundwater Anticipated and Dewatering Expected to Be a Significant Construction Challenge.'
