This market survey is conducted for informational and preliminary planning purposes only to identify responsible and capable sources for an Arborist Directed Tree Trimming Project. The contractor will provide all services under the supervision of a licensed arborist employed by the contractor's firm and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal environmental regulations related to tree trimming and debris disposal. The scope of work includes trimming and removal of trees and limbs that obstruct the line of sight for L3Harris Technologies' microwave data path. The anticipated clearance path may be up to, but not exceed, 1,000 feet. Trees will be marked within 30 days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed, with trimming and removal activities anticipated to occur between October 2026 and March 2027. The estimated cost magnitude for this requirement is less than $50,000. This market survey will be used by the FAA to assess market capabilities and determine whether the future procurement may be set aside for small businesses; it is not a solicitation, request for proposal, or request for pricing.
