CDBG Paving and Street Improvements All Bid Documents to be obtained from the Engineer This project consists of proposed paving improvements and associated work involved for the City of Crab Orchard, Cumberland County, Tennessee. The proposed improvements include approximately 3,250 LF on Hebbertsburg Road and 1,800 LF on Main Street. The construction for the proposed paving improvements includes all prep work, cold planning, labor, material, equipment and all other items necessary to complete the work as described above and, in the plans and specifications.
