Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Carthage, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Existing municipal structure located in Carthage, TN. The purpose of the project is to remove and replace windows in the existing Smith County Historic Courthouse. Install low-e coated glass with super spacer, argon gas in 76 openings (color /white/grids). Construct interior arch on each window necessary and all windows to be installed from the interior to insure integrity of exterior trim. Bids are invited for a General Contract for the work of the above project. All Bidders are required to be licensed in accordance with state law. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject bids
