Site work and paving for a road / highway in Carthage, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Contractors are encouraged to perform a site evaluation. Any questions concerning this bid should be directed to Roger Boles, Public Works Foreman, Public Works Department at (615) 735-1881 Extension 210. The Town of Carthage reserves the right to reject any and/ or all bids and to waive formalities. Only qualified bidders should submit bids. The Town of Carthage will comply with all non-discrimination laws. Repair Carmack Avenue; sweep and clean existing roadway. Saw-cut damaged asphalt to remove rough edges and badly cracked areas. Excavate existing stone and loose asphalt at a depth of 3. Total 2,982 linear feet in length. Place 2,892 linear feet in length of binder mix at 3 depth.
