Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Carthage, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.

The project involves electrical and HVAC upgrades at the Smith County Historic Courthouse located in Carthage, Tennessee. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of electrical and HVAC systems in the existing municipal structure. A general contract is being solicited for execution of the project. Instructions to bidders include that all bidding documents, plans, and specifications with instructions to bidders are available at the designer's office. The project is open bid, and all bidders must be licensed in accordance with state law. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities and reject bids.
