This Request for Proposal is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the DeCew Falls Water Treatment Plant No. 2 Condition Assessment. The DeCew Falls Water Treatment Plant services the City of St. Catharines, Thorold, and portions of Niagara-on-the-Lake and Lincoln, and Plant No. 2, completed in 1954, now requires an upgrade in sustainability and processes due to age, condition, and escalating maintenance costs. This opportunity is issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2023-RFSQ-184, specifically Category 18. Suppliers can preview the bid documents on the site free of charge, but some documents may require registration and either a subscription or Pay-Per-Bid access to download and participate. Proposals must be submitted online only, and only in English unless specified otherwise in the bid document.
