The objective of this RFP is to provide design, transportation, installation, testing, and commissioning services required for 1.45MW modular emergency genset at Sanirajak power plant facility. QEC has purchased a used 1.45MW modular emergency unit includes genset (overhauled by Toromont), exhaust system (overhauled by Toromont), switchgear, new containerized fuel tanks. Pictures and drawings are attached to Schedule-A, Appendix C. The Contractor shall provide design for the installation, testing and commissioning of the Modular emergency genset and ancillary/auxiliary equipment in accordance with the project scope detailed in this RFP. The work to be performed by the Contractor shall include all the requirements specified in the attached pro form a Major Works Contract and its attached schedules and specifications. The contract shall include all civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and associated work required to complete the installation of the genset including but not limited to exhaust system, cooling system (jacket water, after cooler loops), fuel system, all associated piping, and tie-in to distribution feeder(s). The emergency Modular genset needs to be connected to the feeder through switch and to the power plant.
