Removal of existing roof systems in their entirety. Includes the removal of a built-up roof systems over rigid insulation, ballasted roof systems over rigid insulation with and without pavers, EPDM roof system over insulation, and metal roofing. Remove all roofing systems down to structural substrate either wood or metal decking. 2. Installation of a new roof systems in their entirety. Includes the installation of rigid insulation, cover board, EPDM single-ply membrane including all necessary flashings as indicated within the contract documents. It also includes installation of a metal roof and all components with that. It also includes the modification of existing parapet walls, curbing, and flashings to increase the depth of the roofing system. Notice to Proceed (Estimated) August 1, 2026 Final Completion December 31, 2026 All questions shall be submitted by 5:00 pm on Thursday, June 4, 2026. The City will respond with an Addendum no later than 5:00 pm on Wednesday, June 10, 2026.
