All offerors are required to review all attachments associated with this requirement. Bids must be submitted electronically through the PIEE Solicitation module; submissions through any other method will not be accepted. A single, non-individual site visit has been scheduled, and attendance is required for those wishing to view the facilities. Attendance is limited to a maximum of three representatives per company, and all attendees must bring their own safety harness. The site visit is scheduled for 4 May at 9:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time. All participants will meet at the back side of Building 1284. Building 1164 will be the final building visited, allowing contractors to view the other five buildings beforehand. No individual site visits will be authorized, and failure to notify the Contracting Officer and Contractor Administrator of attendance may result in missing the site visit. All Entry Authorization List (EAL) and Base EAL information must be submitted no later than 27 April 2026 at 10:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time. Required information includes the name and Social Security number of each attendee. Contractors wishing to access all buildings must also submit a copy of each attendee's driver's license (front side only). Failure to provide complete and timely information may result in denial of access to Building 1164 and/or denial of base access. Due to the expedited timeline, individuals not approved may not be notified of rejection until the day of the site visit, and no alternate or make-up visits will be conducted. Information may be submitted via DoD SAFE if a link is requested with sufficient time to meet the deadline. Location: F.E.
