"As per the Owner the Project has been cancelled. Editorial Content Team is actively seeking updated information" Cancellation Description Utilizing internal government contract. This project includes furnishing all parts, material, supplies, equipment, labor, and transportation necessary to accomplish construction of the removal of a monitoring manway, a spill bucket, and the concrete over the lids for the Underground Fuel Storage (UST) Tank, TK115, at B01 Missile Alert Facility (MAFs). The MAF is under the control of F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming. These specifications describe the components and requirements for the work under this contract. The Period of Performance (PoP) for this project shall be 90 calendar days. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation as specified in this Statement of Work, in strict compliance with the specifications, applicable drawings, attachments, and the Terms and Conditions of the Contract as well as all applicable building codes, standards, and practices in the industry at MAF B01 necessary to successfully perform and complete the following work. a. Remove existing spill bucket & components for the existing UST, TK115. i. Install a new double wall spill bucket & components for the existing UST, TK115. b. New interstitial monitoring for the spill buckets consists of but not limited to drop tubes with flapper closure, a Veeder-Root alarm, and a new prob/sensor card. c. Integral fill tubes transition from a three-inch (3") fill tube to a four-inch (4") fill inside the spill buckets. i. Install new components to consist of but not limited to all piping, conduit, and wiring with "in-kind" or better for the existing UST, TK115. d. Remove existing monitoring manway & associated components on the existing UST, TK115. i. Install a new monitoring manway & associated components for the UST, TK 115. e. Replace two (2) concrete pads (one for a spill bucket and one for monitoring manway). i. Concrete pads are to be broom finished. f. Test both newly installed spill bucket, monitoring manway, and components for any leaks. Repairs are to be completed if leak tests fail. g. Refer to attached Bid Drawings for additional information/clarification. 2. The Contractor is responsible for supplying and installing a turnkey, fully functional, tested, and operational product meeting the performance requirements outlined by these specifications. The Contractor will provide any special permits or licenses that may be required, obtain adequate insurance, and coordinate all inspections required by applicable laws and regulations, except as otherwise specified herein. 3. The Contractor will keep a copy of the most current Statement of Work and drawings on the jobsite. 4. Accomplish all work in accordance with the FRMACC Contract specifications. 5. The Project Coordinator shall be the Contracting Officer (CO) from the 90 Contracting Squadron, and the Project Manager shall be the 90 Civil Engineer Squadron/Missile Engineering Flight (90 CES/CEM). 6. In the case of the winter season that has direct impact on performing the work outlined in this SOW, the Contractor shall notify the Government they can no longer perform work. 90 CES/CEM will validate that the weather no longer allows work to be performed within the specifications. a. If the reason for stopping work is due to weather impacted material supplies, the Contractor shall provide a letter to support the winter suspension. b. The project will be placed into suspension, and the remaining number of PoP days will be documented. c. When weather conditions become favorable for work, the CO will begin coordinating with the contractor to establish a timeline for their return to work. d. When the suspension islifted, a new completion date will be established based on the remaining PoP days.
