Renovation of a military facility in Fe Warren Afb, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
This requirement is for carpet replacement services at 15 Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs) and Building 226 (B226). The acquisition is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under solicitation number FA461325Q0024 and is set aside 100% for small businesses under NAICS code 238330 with a size standard of $19 million. The scope includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to remove and replace carpet in the specified facilities. CLINs 0001 through 0015 have a period of performance of 270 days, while CLIN 0016 has a 120-day period of performance. These periods will run concurrently. No site visit will be conducted for this requirement. Contractors must submit a completed Attachment 3_CUI Acknowledgement to receive the CUI drawings (Attachment 4) via DoDSafe. Quotes must include all required business information and be submitted by 27 August 2025, 10:00 am MST. All contractors must be registered in SAM prior to award. Location: Building 226 and 15 Missile Alert Facilities, F.E. Warren Air Force Base, 7405 Marne Loop, Cheyenne, WY 82005, United States.
