The contractor shall furnish all management, labor, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, and incidentals necessary to install and upgrade additional cameras to the Perimeter Security CCTV Camera System at F.E. Warren Air Force Base. The system must provide 360-degree coverage of the base perimeter and be operationally compatible with the existing BDOC camera system. The contractor is responsible for coordinating camera locations with the Government, installing materials per manufacturer specifications, disposing of waste, verifying site conditions, and ensuring all equipment is new and compliant with Trade Agreement Act and Section 889 regulations. All licensing must be perpetual, and the contractor must maintain a clean and safe worksite. Specific services include furnishing, installing, configuring, and testing perimeter cameras with monitoring and annunciation capabilities. Cameras will be installed at designated perimeter locations, including adjacent to buildings 7601 and 900, Atlas West housing, and Gate 2. Equipment must meet TAA/BAA/NDAA standards and WiseNet Wave compatibility. Software applications must use direct point-to-point connections, avoiding AFNet. A five-year warranty with 24-hour onsite response and one-year workmanship coverage is required. Training must be provided before Government acceptance, including three copies of manuals and data sheets. The project must be completed within 120 calendar days of contract award. A post-award conference and project plan submission are required. The contractor must meet performance objectives with zero discrepancies, including camera installation, coordination, testing, and training. No government-furnished property will be provided, but utilities and existing infrastructure will be available. Contractor personnel must meet security and OPSEC requirements, including background checks and REAL ID compliance. Safety, environmental, and utility conservation standards must be followed. Special qualifications include two years of experience in surveillance system installation, configuration, and maintenance, with knowledge of WiseNet Wave software. Equipment specifications must meet or exceed standards for resolution, analytics, weatherproofing, power, mounting, and integration capabilities. Location: F.E.
