The project is the Dry Creek Restoration Project, Phase 1: Meadowland, Holmes, and Henderson Ditches. Work is to be performed in accordance with plans and specifications provided by the City of Cheyenne. Bidders are to submit electronic bid proposals via the City's eProcurement Portal. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder is required to provide satisfactory performance and payment bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive formalities. Bidders should create a free account at the provided eProcurement portal link to submit their bids, following the instructions for electronic submission. The bidding documents are available for download from the portal.
