The contractor shall furnish, install, configure, and test upgraded sewer camera trailer equipment and software to support real-time inspection capabilities for the F.E. Warren Air Force Base sewer system. The scope includes removal and replacement of outdated components such as monitors, computers, camera tractors, cable reels, fuel tanks, and climate control systems with advanced models meeting specified technical standards. The contractor must ensure all equipment is Trade Agreement Act (TAA) and Section 889 compliant, and not sourced from China. Installation must follow manufacturer specifications, and all software must operate independently of the Air Force Network (AFNet). A one-year warranty or longer is required, covering workmanship and equipment. Initial training on system operation and troubleshooting must be provided before government acceptance, along with three copies of all technical documentation. A post-award conference and project plan submission are mandatory within specified timelines. The contractor must comply with all applicable environmental, safety, and security regulations, including OPSEC and anti-terrorism protocols. Deliverables include a fully operable sewer inspection system, warranty documentation, training materials, and a finalized project plan.
