AS of August 13, 2026, an architect has been selected. A firm construction timeline has not been obtained. Construction administration services to construct a new consolidated Justice Center in Virginia City, Nevada. The project will be delivered using Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery, with early collaboration among Owner, A E, and CMAR during design, permitting, and Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) development. Interested firms must submit a single PDF statement of qualifications, maximum twenty pages, 8.5”x11”, with minimum 11pt font, through www.questcdn.com using QuestCDN project number: 10214279. Statements must include the minimum required content noted in the downloaded RFQ documents. Project requirements and scope may be modified at the sole discretion of the Owner.
