Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Southfield, Michigan. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Southfield is seeking qualified contractors to install streetscape elements at the intersection of 9 Mile Road and Rutland Avenue. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Maintenance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. Question Deadline 05/22/2026 at 3:00 PM ET Questions must be received and be sent to purchasingdept@cityofsouthfield.com Work is proposed for the southwest and southeast corners of W 9 Mile Road and Rutland Avenue. The contractor is to install streetscape items on both corners in accordance with the attached drawings and contract documents and specifications. Work includes installation of brick walls, brick piers with decorative aluminum fencing, removal and replacement of sidewalk concrete, relocation of existing blocks, installation of a concrete bike pad and stamped concrete plazas.
