Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Southfield, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Sealed bids are requested for the Southfield HS Existing Elevator Renovation project. Bids are to be submitted electronically via BuildingConnected. The following documentation must be included with bids: Familial Disclosure Statement (MCL 380.1267), Iran-Linked Business Certification (Public Act 517 of 2012), and a Bid Bond or certified check equal to 5% of the base bid. For projects exceeding $50,000, the successful bidder must provide 100% Performance and Payment Bonds in accordance with Michigan law. Southfield Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive informalities in bidding. Surety must be in Michigan.
