The City's Facilities Maintenance Department maintains the physical plant in 54 buildings and structures (865,804 square feet total). The Contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, tools, and services required by the manager of Facilities Maintenance or his/her designate to complete the service work as needed and subject to the conditions of the specifications as given to the Contractor.
