Description

Sealed bids are requested for clock system upgrades for Southfield Public Schools under Bid Package No. T1. Bidders are to obtain bidding documents electronically and are responsible for verifying they access all relevant addenda and updates. Each bid must include a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Disclosure Statement, an Iran Sanctions Affidavit of Compliance, and a proposal guarantee in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, money order, or bid bond worth at least five percent (5%) of the base bid. Successful bidders with proposals of $50,000 or more must provide a satisfactory performance and payment bond for 100% of the bid amount, with this cost included in their proposals. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part and waive any information therein, and also to accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the Owner.
