Site work for a civil project in Boyce, Louisiana. Conceptual plans call for site work for a pipeline; and water / sewer project.

The proposed work will include replacement of existing steel or PVC gas mains with polyethylene mains, sewer lines, etc. The actual location and linear footage of gas mains to be replaced will be as determined by grant award from PHMSA. The scope of services include, but are not limited to, preliminary analysis of the Towns needs, preliminary engineering design, final engineering design, construction observation and project implementation in compliance with PHMSA requirements. The agreement will be on a lump sum, fixed price basis, with payment terms to be negotiated with the selected offeror. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
