Renovation of a military facility in Blackstone, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
This project consists of the installation of A/C units at multiple barracks (01668, 01669, T2615, T2616, T2617, T2620, T2621, T2622, T2626, T2639, T2644) located on Ft. Pickett. There will be four units per building at the 1600 block and two units per building in the 2600 block. Major elements of the work include the removal of 410a coils, installation of new condensing units, new R-32 coils, new line sets, and condensate lines. Units in the 1600 block will require new concrete pads and electrical service. See attached Scope of work and divisions with further detailed information about construction and repair needs.
