**As of June 8th, 2026, this project has been tentatively awarded to JR Sealcoating of Saranac NY in the amount of $50,785.00, set to be awarded at the 6/10/2026 award meeting.** The BOCES seeks a qualified, experienced contractor for a Pavement Seal Coating and Striping Project at the CVES Learning Hub Campus, 1443 Military Turnpike, Plattsburgh NY 12901. The project will include the sealcoat application and striping across all campus areas as viewed on Drawing 1. Seal coating and markings are expected to match the adjacent CTE Center coatings and markings. The awarded contractor will ensure that all materials used for this project are approved by Jayson Blondo in advance of application to CVES parking lots. The awarded contractor will provide labor and supervision at Prevailing Wage rates. Work direction will be provided by BOCES Director of Facilities, Jayson Blondo. Question Deadline 05/25/2026 Requests for interpretations prior to receipt of bids must be presented, in writing, to the Purchasing Agent, CEWW BOCES, 1443 Military Turnpike, Plattsburgh, NY 12901, and to be given consideration must be received by the Purchasing Agent at least three (3) business days prior to the date set for the opening of bids. Sealed bids are sought and requested by the Board of Cooperative Educational Services, Clinton-Essex-Warren-Washington Counties for the CVES Learning Hub Seal Coating and Striping Project. Bid forms and instructions to bidders may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Agent. Bids will be received until the specified deadline at the Clinton-Essex-Warren-Washington BOCES Business Office, at which time they will be publicly opened, read, and recorded. Any bid received after the designated time will not be considered and shall be returned to the bidder unopened. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail or in the handling of mail by employees. Whether sent by mail or by means of personal delivery, the bidder assumes the responsibility for having the bid in on time at the Office of the Executive Officer. Bids opened and read shall remain irrevocable for a period of sixty days. The award of contracts, if at all, shall be made as soon as practicable after the bid opening.
