Demolition and remodeling of an office development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 1,440-square-foot office development.
The NYS Department of Health is seeking bids for partial demolition and reconstruction of existing workstations at 90 Church Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10007. Scope of Work includes the partial demolition and reconfiguration of 69 Herman Miller brand workstations, and reconstruction and reinstallation for a total of 72 Herman Miller brand workstations. The new workstations will be about 20 square feet in clusters of six. The work also includes the removal and disposal of unnecessary parts, components, and accessories. This bid will NOT include electrical work and data cabling as separate vendors have been identified for those needs. Set-asides: 15% MBE, 15% WBE. Set-aside language not mapped: SDVOB Goal: 6.00%
