The work consists of providing alterations and repair services for multiple Social Security Administration facilities. Contractors shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform a broad range of building alterations, repairs, and related construction activities across SSA headquarters facilities and an additional support facility. Work may include, but is not limited to, general construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance tasks as directed through individual firm-fixed-price task orders issued under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract structure. Multiple IDIQ contracts are anticipated, and contract holders will be provided a fair opportunity to compete for task orders throughout the contract period, which includes a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable federal regulations, safety requirements, and SSA standards. The acquisition is totally set aside for small business concerns.
