Renovation of a recreation facility in Murray, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 20,000-square-foot recreation facility.
Murray City is soliciting proposals from qualified roofing contractors to provide and install a new membrane roof, along with fascia and soffit replacement, at the Murray Senior Recreation Center, located at 10 E. 6150 S., Murray, Utah 84107. The existing roof system has reached the end of its service life and requires complete replacement due to age and ongoing issues. The project includes approximately 20,000 square feet of roofing area. The Murray Senior Recreation Center is an important community facility serving senior residents, and timely completion of this project is necessary to maintain operations and protect the building infrastructure. Proposals received after the deadline stated in this RFP will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
