Clemson University seeks an experienced supplier to provide campus-wide flooring products and services as outlined in the attached Specifications or Scope of Work under the "Attachments" section. Question Deadline 05/27/2026 at 4:30 PM ET online submission. Scope of Work 1. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, tools, disposal services, and incidentals necessary to provide complete flooring removal, preparation, installation, and cleanup services for Clemson University. 2. Work may include, but is not limited to: a. Removal of existing flooring materials including carpet broadloom, carpet tile, VCT, LVT, rubber flooring, engineered wood flooring, ceramic tile, quarry tile, cove base, transition strips, stair treads, and stringers. b. Removal and disposal of adhesives, grout, setting materials, padding, and related materials. c. Patch and repair of subfloors, substrates, and underlayment as necessary to support proper installation. d. Installation of liquid barrier coatings or moisture mitigation systems where required. e. Installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance of flooring materials including carpet, resilient flooring, tile, cove base, transition strips, stair treads, grout, and related accessories. f. Installation of specialty flooring or tile materials suitable for laboratory, wet-area, exterior, or other specialty applications where required. g. Matching existing flooring or tile conditions as closely as practical for repair or partial replacement work. h. Final cleaning, vacuuming, and removal of debris after completion of work.The Contractor shall coordinate all work to minimize disruption to University operations.
