This project involves the replacement of the RTU AC-1-6 HVAC unit at Saratoga High School. Questions Deadline : by 12:00 PM on Saturday , May 23 2026 The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits necessary to complete the following: Demolition & Disposal: Professionally disconnect, remove, and legally dispose of the existing Reznor unit. Contractor must reclaim refrigerant (if applicable to specific configuration) per EPA guidelines. New Equipment Installation: Supply and install one (1) new Reznor (or equivalent) 400,000 BTU Packaged Gas Heating/Blower Unit.
