Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Oxford, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) on behalf of Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR), is requesting professional engineering services for Phase 100, 200, and 300 services to provide a full engineering and environmental assessment and schematic design of the Polly Ann Trail. The project consists of a 37-mile long trail with 17 miles in Oakland County and 20 miles in Lapeer County, following a previously established railroad grade. The trail in Oakland County has been developed and surfaced but needs rehabilitation. The portion of the trail in Lapeer County needs to be fully evaluated and developed. The scope includes assessing culverts, bridges, road crossings, and active railroad crossings.
