Remodeling of an office development in Miles City, Montana. Completed plans call for the remodel of a office development.

Exterior Stairwell replacement, cornice repairs/updates, and entry canopy repairs/updates. Each bidder will comply with all fair labor practices and state statutes. Drawings and Specifications, including Bidding Documents and Conditions of the Agreement, may be examined at the office of the Architect. A pre-bid walk-through of the project will be conducted by the Architect. Attendance is not mandatory, but the lack of inspection of the conditions under which the Contract will be performed will be a consideration in award of bids and review of sub-contractors. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid for at least thirty days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids, except as noted in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, to evaluate the bids submitted and to accept the proposal which best serves the interests of the Owner. Opportunities for training and employment arising in connection with this MMS-assisted project will be extended to local lower-income residents. Business concerns located in or substantially owned by residents of the project area will be utilized. Equal Employment Opportunity is supported.
