Description

Renovation of a transportation facility in Rochester, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

The Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority seeks to engage a qualified architectural and engineering firm to provide comprehensive professional services for the renovation and conversion of 595 Trabold Road into a fully functional Transit Operations Facility for RTS Access. Proposals must be submitted through the RTS Supplier Portal. Any firm appearing on the Comptroller General’s List of Ineligible Contractors is not eligible to participate. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: Bergmann Associates Colliers Engineering & Design Creighton Manning Engineering Joseph Lu Engineers LaBella Associates DPC LiRo Engineers Passero Popli, Architecture + Engineer Stantec Consulting Group, Inc. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
