Renovation of a multi-residential development in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Sealed bids are solicited for the replacement of three heating boilers by a prime HVAC-Commercial Contractor at Hudson Ridge Tower, 401 Seneca Manor Drive, Rochester, New York. The project is referenced as NY-41-18a. Bidders may obtain plans and specifications from designated online sources after registration. The Rochester Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any reason, including if all received bids exceed the project budget or are deemed unreasonably low based on their determination of responsibility. Bids must remain valid for ninety days after opening unless expressly withdrawn with consent. There will be a walk through at Hudson Ridge Tower on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 11:00 am. All questions for this solicitation must be sent in writing by Tuesday, June 2, 2026 @ 11:00 am.
