Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and municipal facility.

The work consists of construction services to support hardening and build-out requirements for the U.S. Courts within an active federal courthouse facility. The contractor shall procure, supply, and furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the work in accordance with the design documents, drawings, and specifications. The scope includes site demolition; asphalt and concrete pavement; curbs; fencing and gates; landscaping; storm drainage; window replacement and security glazing; security systems; and associated electrical work. The project requires experience with building repairs, renovations, and alterations, as well as the ability to coordinate construction activities in an occupied federal building while complying with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Personnel may be subject to security clearance requirements. The primary objective is to construct and modify spaces to meet operational and security needs, ensuring continuity of building operations during construction. The contractor must demonstrate adequate capacity, including skilled labor, equipment, materials, and relevant experience, to successfully execute the work in an active facility environment.
