Invitation to quote is extended to provide fire extinguisher services throughout the County of Kern for the period from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028. Vendors are to furnish prices and complete responses in the spaces provided on the attached Pricing Schedules A and B, attaching additional sheets for further information as needed. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to return responses by the stated time and date. Quotation responses may be delivered to Kern County Purchasing or submitted through Public Purchase under the specified bid number. The County reserves the right to split awards if advantageous and to negotiate minor deviations from the prescribed terms and requirements with selected vendors. The County generally spends approximately $100,000.00 annually on this commodity, but this may vary and is not guaranteed. Refer to the attached bid documents and pricing schedules for further details and to complete a response.
