Renovation of a municipal facility in Brainerd, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Roofing replacement on an existing structure including removal of existing roofing and insulation systems down to existing tongue and groove (T & G) wood roof decking. Installation of new laminated asphalt shingles, underlayments, and flashings over a vented roof, rigid insulation, and vapor barrier on the existing T & G wood decking. Installation of new vents at fascia, roof to wall locations, and ridge vents. Installation of new wood facias covered with metal flashing and new metal flashings. This project has a 3% Targeted Group (TG) Economically Disadvantaged Veteran-Owned (ED VO) subcontracting goal established. This project has a 3% TG/ED/VO Subcontracting Goal.
