Reference Number 0000424786 This contract shall consist of installation of new decorative fencing and brick columns around the perimeter of the City Employee Parking Lot, which was reconstructed in 2024 but the above elements were not installed at that time. - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Surety Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Question Deadline 05/29/2026 at 4:30 PM ET Contact person for questions on this contract is Patrick M. A bid bond or certified check made payable to the City of Monroe in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid must be posted by each bidder with his / her bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid within SIXTY (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof, but may withdraw it at any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipts of bids.
