Completed plans call for the construction of a 4,534-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and bridge / tunnel.
In brief summary, the Work is comprised of but not limited to Operations and Training Modular Building Construction at Keele Valley Closed Landfill. 1. Construction of a single-storey 15.6 metre by 27 metre Modular Office Building on a rammed aggregate pier foundation, electrical, mechanical, and communications for the building, installation of water and sewer services to the building, a paved asphalt parking area and entrance culvert, sidewalks and curbs, and landscaping; and, 2. Structural demolition and removal of three (3) detached buildings and their associated connecting structures, formally used as a training space/lunchroom and all associated infrastructure below ground surface and above ground at the Keele Valley Closed Landfill Site; and, 3. Guaranteed full maintenance of the Modular Office Building for a period of two (2) years after Substantial Performance during the warranty period.
